Payment Options
Choose to pay-as-you-go using our instant top up options;
- POLi – links to internet banking and is fee free
- Credit/Debit Card – will incur 2.5% surcharge and a 50c fee

- Bank transfer – allow two days for processing

Donations & Activity Fees
Oteha Valley School Board of Trustees asks parents/caregivers to pay an annual donation of $195 per child to help pay for resources and utilities not covered by the school’s Ministry of Education operations grant. It’s a voluntary payment and can be paid off over the year.
Some compulsory activity fees include a Kiwisport fee of $20 for the year. This pays for a qualified Kiwisport coach who teaches the children skills and rules of a range of great sports. In the past children have participated in golf, basketball, squash, badminton, hockey, table tennis, rippa rugby, softball, volleyball,AFL, dance and tennis.
Swimming: We don’t have a swimming pool on our grounds but all children participate in 10 swimming lessons run by the Albany Stadium pool. Details are given to parents at the beginning of the school year.
